ANNUAL PASSES
- Adult pass € 50
- Under 18 pass € 25
The annual pass is personal, valid for 1 year from activation and provides unlimited access to the museum upon presentation of an ID.
BENEFITS FOR TRENITALIA CUSTOMERS
For CartaFRECCIA holders in possession of a Frecciarossa or Frecciargento ticket with destination Florence:
- 2X1 on the cost of the Museum entrance ticket, if in possession of a train ticket with a travel date a maximum of 3 days before the date of entrance to the Museum;
- a reduced ticket fare to € 8 if in possession of train ticket with travel date prior maximum 3 days to the date of entry to the Museum;
- a 50% discount on the family rate admission ticket if all members of the group are in possession of train tickets with travel dates on the same day as the visit to the Museum.
For X-GO holders holding an Intercity, Intercity Night or Regional ticket with destination Florence:
- reduced ticket rate to € 8 if in possession of a train ticket with a travel date a maximum of 3 days prior to the date of entry to the Museum or season ticket valid on the day of entry to the Museum;
- 30% discount on the family rate if all members of the group hold a train ticket with a travel date on the same day as the Museum visit or have a season ticket valid on the day of Museum admission.
Discounts will be applied at the Museum ticket office only if the train ticket or season ticket is presented, along with one's CartaFRECCIA or X-GO (where required).

Conventions
SOME RULES FOR THE VISIT
At HZERO everyone is welcome: families with children, groups, school groups, people with intellectual or physical fragilities. In order that the time you spend discovering our museum should be as pleasant as possible, we list below some simple rules that all visitors are invited to read and respect:
- bags, backpacks, bum bags and other large objects must be stored in specific lockers equipped with keys prior to entry;
- it is forbidden to take inside the museum any food or liquid except for LAGs (liquids, aerosols, gels) for medical use or special dietary requirements, including baby food, baby bottles, powdered milk in cardboard boxes of less than 250 ml for children only;
- our friends animals are not allowed to enter;
- visitors are not allowed to go beyond the protective glasses both with their body, cellphones and cameras;
- running is forbidden;
- smoking is forbidden (esmoking included);
- it is not allowed to carry children on shoulders;
- visitors are not allowed to show aggressive behaviour towards the team in charge of the control.
